      • If you love Xilnex and would like to continue using it, just continue in subscribing Xilnex. If you don’t, let us know how we should improve. We do not impose any commitment on you. 

      • How much is the monthly subscription after 6 months?

       

      • How do I pay for the months to come after the 6th month if I decided to use Xilnex?
        • You will receive our monthly invoice for which you can conduct the online payment. You can also opt for our automated recurring payment to reduce the monthly payment hassle.

       

      • Does Xilnex provide support if I face any issue with the hardware or Xilnex?
        • If you need any assistance, you can call us or email to our support.

       

      • Does the hardware comes with warranty?
        • Yes, all hardware comes with 1 year of warranty.
        • For hardware, you send it to our Penang or Oasis Damansara office.

        • When I bought the Complete Pack, there are defects. Can I get a refund?
          • All hardware has its own warranty cover. There will be no-refund, but if there is any defect, feel free to contact us for warranty arrangement.

         

        • How long do I need to wait for the item to be delivered after I purchase the Complete Pack?
          • Our typical lead time is 7-10 days.

         

        • Can Xilnex operate on my other hardware? Will I be charged an extra fee for using it on multiple devices?
          • Yes. You can install in as many machines as you like. Xilnex licenses is calculated based on the number of outlets in Xilnex and not by the number of installed PC.

         

        • How many users can I have in Xilnex?
          • There are no limit on the number of users you can have in Xilnex.
